1. Try to wake up energized every morning. There are some simple exercises you can while in bed when you are having troubles getting up. First, unroll tour ears-start with the top part of your ear, then gently smooth out all the creases. Then give your earlobe a gentle tug, too. You will notice that with this simple act, you will be able to start your mornings having the energy you need

2. Your movements throughout your day must start with your hips and legs. This way you are freeing the energy up-those that are otherwise locked. Even if you will just get up from a chair, try sitting down, walking, bending, and those movements that will encourage your hips and legs. Doing this consistently will make you feel less exhausted after your day's work.

3. Find out your energizers and also an instant one. The instant energizer you can have can include a mixture of lemon and grape juices-equal in quantity-you will see how the feeling of tiredness at the end of the day will slowly melt away. There are also some things that will make you feel joyful, energized, and relaxed-try doing these things and make them your energizers.

These can include gardening, any physical activity like walking or running, playing with your kids, doing those things that you enjoy, getting enough sleep, the sceneries around-those things that we sometimes take for granted are also those things that can energize us.

4 . Know what drains and depletes your daily energy. When you found them out, do everything that you can so that you will spend less time doing them; if possible letting them go completely. Some of these draining and depleting activities are: meeting the expectations of other people when you are not happy in doing it, negative feelings, anger, insecurity, physical pains, and those people who do negative things to you. avoid doing these things and you will see how you are conserving your energy.
